Prime Personnel's database is divided into current and history files. The total current cv's on Prime Personnel's database amounts to about three thousand (3000) and counting. The total history files or cv's on Prime Personnel's database amounts to about 50 000 cv's. Prime Personnel receive cv's on a daily basis and on an average 250 cv's per month depending on positions. Prime Personnel conduct on average between nine (9) and sixteen (16) interviews daily depending on positions.
Computer testing is done on all admin personnel and saved on data files. On request any other testing required by company can be done and kept on record. Where needed alternative testing is done on numeric skills and literacy and kept on record.
