The Procedure:
The Company positions will be regarded as priority therefore once the position is handed over to prime personnel the following procedures will apply:
- Job criteria / specs will be obtained via telephone or electronically
- Pre - interviewed candidates will be assessed for position depending on experience, qualification, salary given by The Company and availability
- Short list to be drawn up and contacted by prime personnel
- The candidates information will be forwarded to the relevant HR or contact person
- The Company will confirm candidates selected for Interviews and prime personnel will make all arrangements. Once interviews are completed the HR or contact person will convey The Company’s choice and prime personnel will make all final arrangements.
- Should The Company not decide on final interviews and selections of candidates are the responsibility of Prime Personnel, we will handle all necessary arrangements.
Should The Company require Temporary Personnel the above will also apply.
Guarantee and replacement on permanent appointments:
Prime Personnel will validate the guarantee, provided the fee is settled in full within 14 days of the applicant commencing employment. If the guarantee is validated and the 1st person engaged on our recommendation leaves within the guarantee period, we will endeavour to provide a replacement. Alternatively a 6months guarantee is negotiable with Management with necessary documentation completed.
